DAM Ancillary Service Offer Insufficiency Report

The DAM Ancillary Service Offer Insufficiency Report notification was removed with the RTC+B implementation on 12/05/2025. ERCOT no longer sends this notification, and the InsufficiencyReports payload is no longer defined in the ERCOT Web Services XSDs.

This page is retained for reference when interpreting notifications received before that date. The field tables and XML examples below describe the pre-RTC+B schema and will not validate against the current XSDs.

Upon DAM market closure and before the start of the MMS optimization process, if there are not enough AS offers, the DAM AS Offer Insufficiency Report will be used to notify the market participants of available and insufficient AS Offer quantities.

The following response message structure will be used for DAM AS Offer Insufficiency Report notification:
